- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆At all costs, stay as far away from this branch and RAUL. I've been a Bank of America customer for 10 years and I have never been so frustrated in my life by them until today. He messed up the paper work for a simple domestic wire which nearly prevented me from closing on my house. I will say he was friendly, smiled, and made chitchat just fine, but I don't go to Bank of America to make friends. I go to them to handle financial matters and here is where they get an EPIC FAIL!
